I've always had dogs and I've always loved dogs. I have two beautiful German shepherds that are trained excellently-one professionally and one by me. They're happy well adjusted dogs. Why can't people all train their dogs? I'm not talking professionally, just the basic obedience. A trained dog is a happy dog. After I have had a solid afternoon at the online blackjack tables, I decide to take my dog out to stretch the legs. I get so annoyed when I'm out walking my dogs and I see some dog literally dragging their owner and the owner saying, "He's always been this way." Of course he has because he can. The dog is in control, the owner is upset and yelling. The dog is unhappy and confused. Why can't owners control their dogs?
I hate when I see dogs out in public that have no idea how to behave. They're barking at everyone that passes by and growling at every dog they see. As a result, their owner is frustrated and yelling at the dog constantly, which is only making the dog more upset and confused. If these owners would only realize a well trained dog is a happy dog. When they're doing what they're supposed to do, they're getting treats and praised, which is what these great creatures live for. They are your faithful loyal friend for life. Be their friend and train them so they can be all they can be and have a happy life.
